Medical care for uninsured snowbird while in Mexico.
Anyone know what would happen to me if I had a "catastrophic" medical problem like a heart attack or stroke while in Mexico? I'm using an FM3 and suffer from quadraplegia. Travel insurance for the 6 or 7 months I spend in Mexico for someone with my medical history is out of my financial capability. My friend says the General Hospital system would still treat me but I'd like another opinion.
Anyone know?
