Moving to La Paz!

W are coming to La Paz in March to look for a place to live. Will probably rent for 6 months or a year while we decide to buy or build. What is the best places to look in and around La Paz. Naturally, my wife wants to "SEE the SEA".

Buy or Build?

Right now, (with a few exceptions) you can build a custom home with all the fixin's cheaper than you can buy the same home already built. And with the new building products being introduced to Mexico, Logix ICF, and other insulating materials, your home will be more energy efficient and comfortable during both the hot and cool seasons.

Thanks,that is probably what we will do. We need to find something to rent first so we can decide what area we want to live.

Color me jealous! I traveled through La Paz on my journeys and I LOVED it there! It is in my top 5 places I would like to live in Mexico! Good luck on the move!! Salud!!
