Here's something I recently wrote and posted about microbreweries and craft beer making headway in Oaxaca: http://www.casamachaya.com/1/category/craft%20beer%20oaxaca/1.html
Enjoy. A colleague is working on something similar regarding Mexico City and small batch beer.

Canadians and Americans can win a free trip to Secrets in Huatulco by becoming a friend of Mexico Today (CL), by visiting this site:

I was recenltly hired as a paid contributing writer by the federal government, as part of the Marca País - Imagen de México progam. Yesterday I learned of the contest (no skill required, just become a friend to enter) so am passing it on. But more importantly, this is a huge government initiative to stimulate investment in Mexico and return turism. See my recent article, here, and then pass on this comment in its entirety to everyone you know. Here's the article:

Comment by Bob Phippen on July 1, 2011 at 9:23am Same to you John, the reception hall is being decorated today and then
the wedding is tomorrow afternoon. Hoping for good weather since it is an outdoor affair. First time for me in a monkey suit (Tux), until now I have always gotten away with wearing my dress uniform but not any more! LOL
Lesley says best to you both!

Comment by John K. Glaab, CIPS on July 1, 2011 at 7:59am Good afternoon
This may seem like a weird request, but a couple weeks ago we traveled to Ajjijic, and at one of the Bazaar stores purchased a rather large book case.
NOW, my problem is to find anypone that does courier service ( 1/2 ton truck) from the Chapala area to Gdl. to a courier whse there, at a reasonable price. I have a reasonable price and arrangements from Gdl. to Manzanillo.
Thanks

Any one have any contacts or suggestions
Comment by Robin Hodgson on May 3, 2011 at 3:39pm Hi All,
Just finding our way around the Mex My Space groups and classifieds. We live in El Centenario just outside of La Paz and have a little real estate office there called Vista Properties. Real estate is pretty slow here right now, but that gives us time to do some social networking and upgrade our website. Any comments on the site would be appreciated. www.lapaz-centenariohomes.com Thanks.
