Hello Everyone,

I am very excited to see an Internet Based Business group!  

 

This is my passion as well as what I do for a living.  I have spent the last six years of my life learning how to market on the  internet and I have to say it is a blast.  
My specialty is SEO but I enjoy all parts of online  marketing.

I am currently getting ready to launch a new company in about 2 months that will not only be  an online lead generating company but also will teach people how to create their own internet based businesses. 

 

We will be teaching people how to do all forms of online marketing

Social Maraketing-Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Linked in and of course Myspace

Affiliate Marketing-This one is really exciting!  I really like this type of marketing especially for the people that need cash flow right away. This market is so big and there are so many products to choose from that there really is something for  everyone.  If you can find the right product to get passionate about and they have a good affiliate program I recommend people get started with this type of online marketing first.  Right now I have affiliate products that pay me anywhere from $5 to $300.  If anyone has any affiliate products that they like please I am always looking for good affiliate products.

Info Marketing- Some of the  people in this industry are killing it.  

It is good to start out selling someone else's online tools or information through and affiliate program,  but you should have a goal of one day creating your  own information or tools.   We are in an information age and most people are looking for good information.  If you can create training, online tools or online marketing system this could bring you in a nice size check month after month after month.

Network Marketing-Passive income or Residual Income We have looked at the network marketing industry recently and  realized it has completely changed in the last few years.  The whole network marketing industry is going online.  Everything we thought we knew about network marketing has changed.  The old days of bothering all your friends and family are dead.  The new network marketing is all happening online and the people that know how to market online are making an incredible amounts of money.  No longer are the network marketing leaders going after and pulling  people in...now they have figured out how to get people to come after them.  I have to laugh because this is completely opposite of what I remember the network marking industry to be.  

When I saw how these "NEW" network marketing leaders were running their new online businesses and building those big residual checks  I said to myself "this is exactly what I have been doing with my online marketing"  except they get a big check  every month with little to no overhead and lot less stress and aggravation.

 

If you have never experienced residual income I highly suggest spending sometime and looking into it and putting it as a goal in your online business.

I was fortunate enough to see the power of residual income from a company  my father owned.   He was the 5th cellular company to be granted a licence to start selling cellular phones in Los Angles and Los Angles what the first market to offer cellular service in all of the U.S.

 

You might be thinking "WOW HE HIT A GOLD MINE" but the fact is back then we had  to explain to people why they wanted a cell phone.  Most people couldn't understand why the would want to have a phone in their car.  We spent years and years teaching and convincing people that a "car phone" was the way of the future.  Now try and take someones phone away from them for more than 24 hours and they have a heart attack.

 

 Most kids I tell that  story to today do not believe me.  They look at me like "you would have to be stupid not to want a cell phone, everyone has a cell phone".  

 

But after many many years of hard work he was able to build a great company that not only paid him  when he sold the cell phone but also gave him a percentage of everyone's phone bill that he sold to.  For years after he sold the company he still recieved checks every month.  That is the great part of residual income.

YOU GET PAID TOMORROW FOR THE WORK YOU DID YESTERDAY.  

This type of  income does not come easy and takes work but with the right team, systems, tools and product it is obtainable.  I am giving myself a 2 year goal.  In two years I want to have my residual check big enough that I can take a month or three off if I want to.

When I talk to people about online marketing  I highly suggest that they make residual income part of their long term online business plan or goals.   Don't make the mistake  I did and build a database  of over 25,000 people  and not have a way to provide them a product that you can generate a monthly income from.   

 

Trust me I will not let that happen again!  

 

I will end on this right now...more important than the money is a quality of life.  I have never put so much  and gave so much of myself and got so little back, in all areas in my life, as I have in these last 6 years doing real estate in Mexico.  Don't get me wrong I love Mexico, but we made the mistake of creating a business that is completely dependent on us 7 days a week.  You don't get to take a break from this type of business, you need to be available during business hours and after business hours it never leaves your  thoughts.  

The funny part is I knew better and was warned about it.   Robert Kiyosaki, the author of "Rich Dad Poor Dad", talks all about this and how not to fall in this  "work trap" in one of his books.  So shame on me for not taking his advice!

It will be interesting  to see if I am able to avoid the "work trap" in this new online business we are building right now.  But is it really work if you are having fun doing it?

Help keep over 450 San Jose del Cabo children in school (50 young adults went on to college this year!) It costs only $200 USD per child per year. Liga MAC screens all children for need of support, requires two report cards turned in per year, sends a volunteer team into every school, forms the children into self supporting teams, requires community give back actitivities ie clean up parks, paint over grafitti, plant trees, volunteers teach them free ESL classes (better paying jobs here in Cabo) in their Centro de Apoyo Liga MAC. About 3 weeks ago, I discovered a GREAT way to make money on the Internet.
It does involve sponsoring others to join, but in less than two days after joining, I had earned my money back that I had paid to join.
