Merida is a fantastic place in Mexico - still great values to be found in real estate and some beautiful colonial homes you can fix up. The Progresso area and nearby beaches are starting to be "found" and real estate values are going up - a new golf development called Flamingo Lakes is under development. When you find your piece of paradise, contact me to get a mortgage loan in Mexico. We're the pros!

Fantastic! Great to meet all of you.
Hopefully I haven't embarrassed myself too much on Yolisto, but then I imagine the blurbs of newbees cn be quite entertaining at times.If Wylee and Mateo are coming through on Sunday, please drop me an email or send me a phone number for contact. I am at the Hotel San Miguel, but not optimistic that they can take a message.

Welcome : ) I've seen you on Yolisto also. How are you liking the Progresso area?

Mateo and I are going to be in your neck of the woods this weekend. We're thinking about going to Chelem this Sunday for the baseball game if it's not a plus ninety degree day. If you were headed that direction maybe we could meet up with you and have a beer.
