Success is NOT a given

You've probably figured this out over your lifetime.

Whether it's sports, relationships, Business, or any variety of things – success is not a DONE DEAL every time.

However, I will tell you that there are a few things that you can do to really help your chances of success – especially in business.

A friend of mine just put up a quick video explaining a few others…click below to check it out.

When I saw this video, it got me really excited because I love "rooting for the underdog" and I can totally relate.

Enjoy!

Help us Celebrate!!

On May 1st, 2011, the settlement company® will commence its 20th year of operation. Since then, we have served clients with properties in all parts of Mexico.   These people have come from the United States, Canada, Asia, Europe and Australia.
Twenty years ago almost no one in Mexico understood the word, “escrow” or “custodial account” which is now common to people with high value properties.
Twenty years ago no one understood the concept of title insurance which, today, is the norm and accepted in almost any real estate transaction, especially in tourist areas.
Twenty years ago it was rare to use a closing agent in a real estate transaction.   Now it is customary in the “Restricted Zone”.

With pride,  , the settlement company® has been the pioneer in these important steps which has brought security to real estate dealings between people of different cultures and customs.
With pride , the settlement company® has helped increase confidence and credibility in real property transactions in the resort areas of the country.

To mark this event and to contribute to the history of real estate in this country we are putting together a document containing comments from clients and friends in the real estate industry.   We would love to have your contribution!   A message about your Settlement Company® experience:  where you bought or sold and how it was handled, will add to our history and will help us to serve you, and others, better in the future.

This message is going out, today to all of you who are on our mailing list.  We hope you will respond and will share your feelings and experiences with us!   Looking forward to hearing from you!

"MEXICO BIG HOPE: GET 5 MILLION U.S. RETIREES"

That is the headline in the Miami Herald of an article written by Andres Oppenheimer. No, he doesn't think 5 million Americans are going to move to Mexico tomorrow. But he says that Mexican government estimates, based on U.S. Census figures, indicate that the number of Americans living in Mexico is likely to soar to 5 million by 2025.

You may see the complete article by Andres Oppenheimer at the following link:

So, Mercy,
When you are in Patzcuaro, why don't you check out our homes. We build new colonial style homes just 2 blocks from the Big Plaza. You can read about them and see photos at: http://www.novinger.com/patzcuaro.htm

Barbara,
Patzcuaro is one of the most beautiful villages in Mexico. But Mardi Gras it is not. You might find Mardi Gras celebrated along the coasts, but in Patzucaro you will find traditional processions in the streets and plazas and religious traditions and celebrations, especially on Christmas, Easter, and Night of the Dead. But even without Mardi Gras, it is the best place to be!

Great that you are coming to Patzcuaro! And welcome to your sister. Ask her to join our Patzcuaro Michoacan Group also.
We will be out of Patzcuaro and Mexico during mid February. But you could drop into the Re/Max office and speak to Luis Stamatio, the owner. His office is Re/Max 11-Patios at #12 Dr Cos Street. That is just ½ block south of the SE corner of the Plaza Grande. Luis’ phone number is 434-342-2030 & his web address is: http://www.remax-11patios.com/Patzcuaro_Real_Estate/page_1936643.html. He would be glad to meet you and might be able to help your sister.
Give me a call anytime you are in Patzcuaro. Would enjoy meeting you.
