George, I just joined the singles group and saw your photo with your wife. You are a good man to honor her wish!! Thanks again for creating this My Space, I am enjoying it. As far as being single, I certainly did not move to Rocky Point to meet anyone, which is a good thing because the men here are taken and the options I have are tourists, but that's not really an option. I moved to Rocky Point for the beach and have been coming here for 25 years since I moved to Tucson 25 years ago, just a 4 hr drive. It would be icing on the cake though, but I have my friends and that's enough (for the time being) Thanks again!

Deborah and anyone interested in Mazatlan,
Pick up a copy of "Mazatlan is Paradise" by Charles Hall.
It's a good over view of the city. There are many expatriates and activities to suit most tastes.
There plenty of flights in and out. Many prefer to drive. And there buses from NOB as well.
Try it. I think you'll enjoy it.

Hello, all! I am 50 yrs young, looking to join all you lucky folks down in Mexico in a few years ... the sooner, the better! Just began my search for a landing spot a month or so ago, but am most interested in Mazatlan at this point. I am looking forward to meeting all you fellow singles!

Now that I'm retired, I'm able to spend more time in San Felipe, and am looking forward to this 'season' as activities gear up. Looking forward to the Shrimp Festival in November! Please see my profile (San Felipe group) for further info about me. Looking forward to making new friends in Baja!

I am recently divorced and enjoying my new found freedom. I am fascinated by the Mexican people and their culture. I am also very anxious to return to Baja some day! I loved living in Rosarito Beach!!!

I'm 72, a retired teacher, and lost my wife to cancer.
Think this forum is a good idea. My Mexico interests are Mazatlan and Baja.

My wife insisted that I add this photo to indicate that I am not Single.
I really don't understand, but I am only an observer.
