I am originally from West Sayville, Long Island, New York. He moved to Gilford, New Hampshire in 1977
I worked many years in Law Enforcement and as a Police Officer for in The State of New Hampshire for The New Hampshire Department of Safety State Police Marine Patrol Division.
My first love is cooking so I went to Upstate New York were I attended a very fine Culinary Institute, part of the University Of New York. After Graduating from Culinary Institute, I worked as a Chef for the Albany, NY Marriott Hotel, earning the title of Master Omelette Chef, for cooking 14 Omelettes at the same time.
I was also the executive Chef for a Christine's Steak and Seafood Restaurant in Voorheesville, New York. I have received many cooking awards, and was featured in the local papers for My Swiss German Dish," Veal Emmental".
I also worked, and showed my cooking skills at an authentic Italian Restaurant called Momma Marias Cucina, in Clifton Park New York, at the time that I was going to Culinary School.
I also thought cooking, privetly to people in threir homes.
In 1996 I was recruited by the Knights of Columbus, to Sell Life Insurance and Retirement plans to members. I was always top in sales, and won numerous incentive trips and awards. He was the #1 Agent in the State of Florida.
In 2003, I met my wife Cristina Gasque, who is from Merida, Mexico. We were married in Cholul, Mexico on February 14th 2003. We now live in Merida with their Yellow Lab Cremita, and new Puppy Lolita
I love Merida, the people are so friendly and kind, and warm. Anyone who visits Merida will be impressed by the beauty the people, the Mayan ruins and the Yucatecan cuisine.
