Many have videos of fascinating local activities- "Pottery Making-Mariachi Parade-Folklorio etc. etc." A couple are on M-MS but it was down for quite a while.

What you say about STKTN is SOOOO true ! My girlfriend bought a house for her son qabout 3 years ago and has wathced it's value DECLINE ever since. I had a beachfront condo in Playa several years ago as well as some units in Cancun, all of which I sold at the WRONG time!1 Reverse Midas touch, thaats me!!
I am looking to get back to the Playa area hopefully this year or next at the latest. Time will tell.

At least 12 are alive and prospering!!! The overall economy sucks however with forewclosures and unemployment in CAlaveras Co. running about 15% with no end in sight. Time for me to move back to the Yucatan!!
