I leave Nov. 10 for PV until May 10, 2010....and would like his number as well. We often would love to have a driver who knows the area instead of hiring a cab for a day trip to El Tuito (the bus ride is scary sometimes) and up north as well. Please…

I moved to Puerto Vallarta in 2002 and have never looked back! I fell in love with a Vallartense, got married on the beach in 2007, have two fur children together, a beautiful cat named Chiquilla and our adorable Chihuahua named Sophia. I love to cook and my husband loves to eat, he does the dishes and takes out the garbage and I reward him with a kiss and some dessert. We are a match made in heaven.
I work for a major company here as their Social Media Coordinator.
What the heck is that, you ask?
I get paid to Tweet and play on MySpace and Facebook. How super cool is that?
I also write, work on our website, public relations and promotions.
Do you have any websites for your business or websites you wouldlike to refer someone to?

Great Value Products- WalMart

I know, I know, many people think of WalMart as the "evil empire" and while I do not want to get into the politics of if it is really true or not I do want to say that WalMart for the most part plays on a different playing field here in Mexico. Beyond all that, WalMart can be a life saver here in Puerto Vallarta.

They often stock those items you can never find SOTB (South of the Border) and you either have to "mule" down or do without. Sweater drying racks, face cloths, Benefiber and marble jac… Continue

Manta Ray Rescue in Banderas Bay

What started out as a relaxing sightseeing sail around the Bay of Banderas ended in an exhilarating manta ray rescue.

July 19th, 2009

Last Sunday afternoon, Gareth Price, Sales Director for Vallarta Adventures, was hosting a group of journalists and photographers from the magazine, Mexico Desconocido, on one of the Vallarta Adventure’s Beneteau sailboats when they encountered a large object struggling in the water.

Brenda,

I have been thinking about writing to you but just haven't had the chance. Thought I would give you an update after moving into my own place. Moving out on my own was just what I needed. Have had a few bumps in the road since but still think it was the best move I have made. The first bump was about a month and a half after I moved out a guy ran a red light and hit my car and spun me around. It totalled my car (2005 Toyota Camry) and later on I found out it also damaged my back. It is either try physical therapy or have another spinal fusion. Naturally I am trying physical therapy and hoping it works. Then in June my boss was unfortunately killed in a gliding accident. His son is going to take over and I have my fingers crossed that it all works out and I am not out looking for a job - enough to give anyone an ulcer. :)

How have you been? How is your eye doing? I was hoping to see some pictures of the eye patch that you made stylish :)

Gotta run and take care of a meeting here in the office but I will try to write more later.

Karen
