- Hope you come down and enjoy the community here. I just bought a place in Mezcales, a small town 15 minutes N of the airport, after being a visitor here for many years. The people are great, they almost never bite and laughter is often heard. I would be most pleased to have a libation ready on your arrival.

- Hi Deborah - Glad that you liked the web-site for the house and the community. The economy being what it is, I'm entertaining offers at a seriously reduced price. Headed for an RV show in Albuquerque today. I lived for a year+ in a big diesel motor home and would like to buy one again. I'll have to sell the Mexico property (what's REALLY for sale is the Leasehold and Stock in the corporation that rents the land from the Ejido Loreto... the house, furnishings and maybe a diesel Chevy Suburban in great shape will go with it). If you have further interest we should talk. Enjoy the weekend....steve
