The report of your foreign bank accounts, foreign stock brokerage accounts, foreign deposits, foreign life insurance cash surrender value, etc. that you own or sign on (even though you do not own it) is due on 6/30/12.

Your US tax return for 2011 is due on 6/15/12 if you were a resident on Mexico on 4/17/12. Your TDF 90-22.1 foreign financial account
report is due on 6/30/12 and cannot be extended ($10,000 penalty for not filing or late filing).
You can extend your US return until 10/15/12 if you file the required extension…

The US Senate has unanimously approved a provision to a highway transportation bill that would revoke the passports of people with seriously delinquent tax debts. This addition to the bill would allow the State Department to deny, revoke or limit a passport for any individual whom the Internal Revenue Service has certified as having a “seriously delinquent tax debt” in excess of $50,000. …
