We have a group for Real Estate sales people but Expatriates are also in other businesses. This group is for them to help get some exposure as a group. No Real Estate members please, unless you have a property management business.

"If you are crossing at San Ysidro you can wait till Ensenada to get your tourist visas at the Immigration office along the marina boulevard. You will probably arrive a little early but as far as I know that is the last place for you to obtian them…"

"I crossed last mnth nthe 14th at Otay Mesa and took only a few minutes wiht a motor home and truck full of stuff. No inspections and no hassles. when I cross going north I prefer Tecate adn when I did this the last ime on the 10th of August it took…"

Tell us about yourself, type of business, last employment: Publisher of online magazine www.bajainsider.com and an investor of properties. I also own www.bajarealestateandconsulting.com where while I sometimes act as a broker I focus more on consulting and assisting foriegners from making mistakes by helping them with due diligence before selling or purchasing in Mexico.
