- I am Paula Retamal, originally from Los Andes, Chile. I studied in Santiago and graduated from the Propam (Universidad Santo Tomas) as a dental laboratory technician specializing in prostheses.
I started my real estate activity 5 years ago, in the areas of property management, rentals & sales, and have completed a Diplomat in Real Estate Administration from UNIVA in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
My decision to enter the Real Estate profession began with a realization of the immeasurable satisfaction I receive through helping others, combined with my passion for Real Estate.

For golf lovers " Vallarta Golf"

Puerto Vallarta has certainly matured from the days when it offered just two golf courses. While those two clubs were very professional, Vallarta was not know as a destination for golfers. But when the EMC World Cup was held at Vista Vallarta in 2002, international attention brought additional investment to the area, and the existing seven local courses grew to nine with another on the way. Now, Vallarta has become a golf destination for professionals the world over.

Reporting Rental Income on Mexican Properties
The international accounting firm, Deloitte, recently gave a seminar to AMPI agents on the subject of renting Mexican properties and the reporting of income.
For years, some owners of homes and condos in Mexico, both foreigner and national alike, have not reported their rental income. The law has become more formal over the years and the procedures the country has now to seek and find those not reporting income, has become more strict and encompassing.
