I like to use Interacciones Bank... They are fast, responsive, and less expensive. Only drawback is they do not have a satelite office here in Los Cabos.

Funny you should respond to my discussion! Carol Billups just referred me to you as a reputible closing company (and more it seems from your website). I will be contacting you via email for more info :)

I would tend to agree with Douglas. We are Mexico's largest closing company and have done titles country wide. Our new process ( Marca Registrata) the Virtual Closing, allows us to do closings from Cancun to Acapulco. I woold make one comment. The...

Thanks Doug! Nice to know about HSBC - we actually have our personal accounts with them here in Mexico and didn't know if our issues were because of the bank or the culture. Now I wonder if it is time to move on....

By all means- STAY AWAY from HSBC- They are the worst and were damaged goods since the takeover of Banco del Atlantico by Bital back in 1993 when all their paperwork was shipped in cardboard boxes to Mexico City. They are still dealing on old card...

Every October I would curse the snowflakes and ask myself, “ Why do I live in Canada? Sure it is a great country – but I HATE SNOW AND FREEZING!!!” After some experience in the real estate market in Calgary, Alberta, my husband came across an opportunity to build a community for like-minded Canadians and Americans. We followed our dream to get out of the cold. Now we are real estate brokers, own Realty Executives Oasis in Veracruz, Mexico as well as own a small gated beachfront community. We live full-time with our two school age children, boxer and 2 cats. We love the Mexican culture and people and love to share our happy ‘no snow’ world with others. Bienvenido!

Good to meet you! I hope we can get everybody in the group, I figure it might be a good way to share info and ideas. No reason this should be such a DIY company, only my opinion. We shouldn't all be re-inventing the wheel in each city. So when Founder Dude explained you could do a private group that no one else can see, I thought it would be almost perfect (how to do attachments privately I don't know yet). Anyway, look forward to getting to know you. If you ever want to chat, our Vonage line is 760-481-7694.

Hug this Teddy or one like it. That may help you sleep as I puzzle over that smile. FounderDude
