- Hola Tami - My Mexico home is in Vallarta and I spend 75% of my time there. I am currently in Oklahoma, where my loan processing center is located. I'll be back in Vallarta in the middle of September. Yes, we're actually quite busy because more buyers are now considering a loan vs. paying cash.
