Hola Terry - when you're ready to find a place in Mexico, I can help you finance it with as little as 20% down. We've done a lot of loans for Canadians.

HolaTerry,
I saw your posting about finding a place in San Miguel and it caught my interest. I am curious what it costs to buy a lot in San Miguel. Without wandering into your personal business, is it easy to find a real estate agent and a lawyer that you can trust? Do you have any advice to share on those matters?
all the best,
