With over 15 years of Real Estate experience, 7 years of which are in Baja, l have successfully assisted home buyers in every facet of Baja Real Estate purchases. I have the local information of who to go to and how to get things done that helps transcend the many hurdles Americans feel about buying in Mexico.
I was born in Sinaloa, Mexico but my family immediately moved to Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico, where I grew up. At age 17, I went to the L.A. area where I attended college. After graduating with a B.A. in Business Administration from Cal State Northridge in 1978, I began my career as a Certified Public Accountant. My wife and I purchased our first home in the L.A area and raised our two boys. My wife and l relocated to Rosarito 6 years ago, and fell in love with this quaint, cozy, coastal paradise.
The newest technology is at my fingertips so I always have access to the latest housing news, trends or changes. I assist you, the buyer or seller, in doing your due diligence thoroughly, so you can rest assured that the purchase of your dream home is completed smoothly and in a timely manner.
