- Hi Victoria, we are still in Austin, TX and hoping to go to Teacapan ASAP. We are finally getting some rain and cool weather. We about burnt up this summer and the lake (Lake Travis) is 37% full. Pretty sad. I know its hot in Mazatlan, but I think this year Austin topped it. Can't wait to get back to get our Mexico fix.

I am working, building/remodeling and selling Boardwalk Residences and find this city exciting and invigorating. OK and a little warm in the summer, but hey, nowhere is perfect. - Welcome Victoria, my husband, Tony and I live in Teacapan, MX which is about 90 miles south of Mazatlan. We are currently in Austn, TX and divide our time half and half.
