i probably could have located you sooner. The computer that had your AOL address crashed. I had another one since then that recently crashed. I had been using Chrome browser so I was pleased to learn when I got a Chrome Book that about 70% of my important stuff was instantly available on the new computer. I think "the cloud" is the future for computers-- I need bigger display than a smart phone...
I would like to visit you and Rick in Mazatlan. Have you been back since you moved? Mazatlan seems to be large enough to have some diversity and industry. Some places I've lived just drop you to that 'gone native' 'manana' lifestyle because you can't find the parts to repair it or improve it--it's a logistics thing-- does Mazatlan have FedEx?
So do you (or anyone tuned in) have any good knowledge to share on going from Greensboro NC to Mazatlan by bus--I think by way of Tucson to visit with an old friend <redundant: all my friends are old!!>
I think traditional transportation by bus or ferry is the way to go unless you feel that naked scans and cavity searches seem like 'value added' services when flying by air. Personally i think that the TSA do not add value or security to my life. I think that chatting with the jornaleros y chirroqueros on the bus to Tucson would be a lot of fun.
This is a tease and invitation to anyone who wants to share tips on naming places to visit and getting to them by bus-- maybe until north of the southern Panama border.
