We just purchased a condo, a penthouse with private rooftop. OUr plans includedto build an outdoor kitchen/bar and a palapa over it. We obtained verbal ok from thehomeowners association in regards to our project. Now somebody stopped the constructionof the palapa because of height issues. Some condo owners have palapas, some don't.Any body knows the laws in Playa del Carmen? And if we continue building a palapa higherthan the other condo owners would like, what can happen?
