- I am married to wonderful man for almost 20 years and have three children .I graduated with a B.A. from California State University, Sacramento. I possesses a strong command of the English and Spanish language, both written and orally. I was born in Mexico, but my family moved to the United States when I was 3 years old. This enabled me to naturally accommodate to the needs of both cultures. I am able to cater to the English speaking client while simultaneously relating to the Mexican clients as a native. - The sign looks great. The laundry is done, waiting on electric and plumbing. Had a major complaint about the entrance from a visitor yesterday. He damaged the underside of his car. We need to fix that ASAP.

- Had a couple of visitors. No one serious. The snow birds are here. Hope there is a buyer among them. Still waiting to meet Chema. I am concerned that some of the lots will not accommodate a single level home. Have him call me or give me his no. Happy "TDAY".

- We are here in Sacramento but will go down to Mexico in early Jan.
We spent 2 1/2 months there this summer. Enjoyed it! Glad to hear that the Mexico project is going well...it's not easy.
