New Form 8938 Must Be Filed for 2011 Tax Year
IF you own your mexican property through a Fideicomiso or Mexican Corporation, for 2011 there is a new form which may be required ( the break point depends on your residency and the value of your foreign financial assets) This is form 8938 and again failure to file this form when required can result in a $10,000 penalty.
