¿Tequila? Playa? Tacos de pescado? Música? Mi música? Too cool! Por supuesto, con un álbum…

Pay Pal Donations
George,
Hope I am one of the firsts. We really appreciate all your efforts (although I am really a lurker in the background so to speak) and so this evening I have done a $10 donation to show it. We also would like to put out the challange to all the other "My Space" members to meet it or beat it over the next 10 days by the 31st.
Good luck to you all and George will keep us all apprised I am sure!

I have a blog where I tell about our experiences here in Mexico ... we are the only family that lives here all year round - besides us, there is Kenny, who lives in San Diego and one day will be coming back, Scott and Kim who are now mostly here bust sometimes in Idaho or California, Mike and Meg who come for vacations when they can sneal away, Gary who comes when the cold gets too cold at his other house and most recently Terry who is building on Bokanita and Bruce - the Canadian - who is…

Glad to be away from BIG BROTHER
In the USA today they will probably be legalizing the medical takeover. We are living in Cordoba, Veracruz and are happy to be in a place where we can pay (as little as $1.75) to visit a real doctor, buy medicines without prescriptions, not bother with paperwork or bureaucrats. I am 69 years old and have not had health insurance since 1977. We have lived here in Cordoba since 1992 and have just bought a house near Puerto Vallarta.
Life is good.

Some people are thinking that prices in Mexico are currently very low, "but maybe they will go down a bit more.” We are
seeing some good movement in the upper end of the market ($1M plus
properties). Although no one has a crystal ball with a clear vision of
the future, I consider people looking for high-end properties to be good money
managers - what I call "smart money."…

I know it has been difficult in the current market to create a sense of urgency with buyers - prices are excellent, "but maybe they will go down a bit more." Have you heard this? We are seeing some
good movement in the upper end of the market ($1M plus properties).
Although no one has a crystal ball with a clear vision of the future, I
