Twenty five members of the Mexican Association of Professional Realtors (AMPI) attended a class on the AMPI/MLS Flex Multiple Listing Service.

I haven't done one of these in awhile but when Rob asked me to give a very rough monthly budget for a couple who are thinking of buying a condo in Playa del Carmen, I figured it was overdue. Lots of things drag up the cost of living in Playa del Carmen.
Real Estate is expensive.
