hi shanna!! Well, lets see, we DO own the house, we just don't own the property it sits on... The house alone would be $85,000. We would just require a $20,000 down payment is all, with payments, and the right to own it, and we would not be living in it, you or your grandddaughter would live in it. We, my husband and I, have to move to FLA to take care of my father who just lost my mom, in June, after 63 yrs of marriage. I no longer run the consignment store, it didnt bring any income. When we bought the home, it was un-livable, no electricity, no water, no plumbing, nothing. We have put a boatload of $ into getting this home liveable. There was even dead animals in here before we got our hands on it. It was vacant for about 20 years, so you can imagine the critters that were calling this place home. I will try to call your granddaughter on the phone. Thanks! any more questions feel free to ask!

Again, below is the kitchen eating area & there is a seperate walk in pantry too

Now if i have calculated the figures right, your monthly costs to rent this house would be about $681 without the cost of DirectTV and your Mexican Telcel telephone. That does includes internet & all basic expenses such as electric, water, propane, trach, rent, etc. We have a brand new pila which was just replaced last week, that holds your water which comes via truck. There is a water pump that pumps the water into the house. The propane water heater is actually in the downstairs bathroom. There is a propane wall furnace, that has barely been used, in the living room. The fireplace is useable and throws off ALOT of heat in winter. The papala was built about 3 years ago and its all made from bamboo we harvested ourselves. Inside the palapa is actually 3 rooms. One is a workshop that is part of the original foundation of the house. Its all made from stone. Then theres another room, that I sent you a picture of. There is a washer, in a seperate laundry room outside, but no dryer. I hang up all my clothes. The courtyard is about 15-20 feet by 10 feet, landscaped with all native plants, barrel cactus, palms, aloe, agave, succulents, etc. It is enclosed. There is a metal door on it. If you have a dog you can keep it out there, without worry. The house is shaped like a U, with the courtyard in the middle of the U. It was built in the 1970s. The very great thing about living in this neighborhood is that everyone pays the same amout for their electric as noone owns meters. WE just all pool our money together & even the part timers have to pay the same as the full timers. SO you can use AS MUCH electric as you want-the bill is always the same. more....continued.....

im not sure which order your getting these emails --

but theres so many great things about this house I cant even list them all.. this is a tidal pool on the rocks below the house...

ANOTHER great shot one summer day last year>>>

UPSTAIRS BATH... i mean i can send you pictures all day long!! Anyways, the house is either for 1. rent or 2. sale- 1. you would basically be subletting from us because we pay rent to a landlord who owns the land the house sits on. We dont own the land. We only own the house. OR...2. you would pay us the money to buy the house from us. We would take payments. More info on the rental aspect is below in another email or comment.

" heres the rest of the listing: "You can often hear the sounds of Mariachi music from across the cove in the restaurants of Labufadora. There is a palapa/garage for car and boat storage with a seperate workshop. The kitchen counter and fireplace are made with imported Italian tile. All appliances included and comes partially furnished. New kitchen and bath floor tile, new deck, new water storage pila ( last week) , and new low pile carpet in the living room within the last year. Pet friendly home and neighborhood, dogs can run free. Situated at the end of a barely used road at the top of the neighborhood, you rarely get traffic going by your house. "

Another view from our deck looking south!

This is our living room. Imported Italian tile on fireplace and kitchen counters>>

were thinking that we need to be out by at least sometime in Sept. I'm not sure I got the point across correctly to you. As the homeowner, we have to pay our lease to the landlord which is $275/mo. If you were to move in, we'd have to charge you more, because if you just paid the $275, you'd be living here free. We need to get another $300 on top of that per month; because our landlord here also requires 10% profit from any renters we get. So we would have to pay him $275 plus $27 = $302 per month. We would have to charge you $575/mo, plus the utilities. Electric is $45/mo, propane only fills up once a year-that costs $200 per year (CHEAP) water is $20/month. Trash free. Internet is $25/mo, telephone is with Magic Jack which is $20 per year (unlimited calling anywhere to US-CHEAP again) Then a Mexican cell phone if you need to call here locally is extra, and our TV is Direct TV (from LA) which runs about $55 per month -

but you can get that cheaper too.If you think you'd want to buy the house in the future, at $85,000 - if you put a downpayment of $20,000 or so, we would apply ALL rent monies to that $85,000. Rent with option in other words. HERE IS THE LISTING: "gorgeous 2 bed, 1.5 bath, ocean view home for rent or sale in Labufadora. Watch the blowhole in action right from the comfort of your own easychair. Perched atop a rocky cliff, you'll view a different sunset every night. Right below the house you will see and hear sea lions at play. Dolphins play in the cove of Labufadora which you can see from the house, during mating season, California Gray Whales are seen swimming by. Walk to your own private beach, where you can launch your kayak, fish, snorkel/scuba dive or just relax in the sun. There is a free boat ramp in the bay for your use" 2BCont ..

hi Shanna! well, i just got this email. You may be in luck. Unfortunately my mother just passed away in June,

and as an only child, i am going to be moving to FLA to take care of my dad, as he is 90. We have to put up our beautiful home for sale or rent. Just tonight, i posted about 15 pictures of our place but they are not yet posted on this site (waiting for approval). The house is on the cliffs of Labufadora, with a direct unobstructed view of the ocean and blowhole. We are asking 85,000 (US) to buy the home. Or it is $275 a month to rent (lease) it, plus your utilities. Those would be propane, water and electric. Then your TV, internet and phone. 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths. Very large kitchen and a 20x14 foot LR with views. New pila, floor tile, deck and carpet (in LR) only. Trash inc with lease. Now Labuf has its own private beach too, within walking distance from the house. Pets welcome, and the place is very private with nice neighbors. Let me know if youre interested. Thanks Shanna
