John, Checked on Sotaventa Residences Saturday, 7/7/12 while visiting Playa LaRopa. Looks slow going to me. I don't see any evidence of much progress. (I was also in Zihuatanejo in March and it looks pretty much the same as then.) Concrete framework activity on the upper four floors seems to be happening now (nothing on bottom floors) but you'd think more progress would have occurred. Of course, I can't see what's actually going on inside the construction site.

Will do when I return to Zihua.  Currently traveling.  Spending a few days in Puerto Escondido, Pto. Angel/Zipolite.
